If you know me, you know I’m a foodie! If you reaalllyyy know me, you know I’m super picky about what I put into my body from a health perspective. As a young adult, I struggled with chronic fatigue, poor immunity and chronic migraines. What I learned is that food plays a huge role in our overall well-being. MCTBARS- first things first, I am not typically a fan of breakfast bars. In the past they’ve been difficult for me to digest. It’s either a great tasting bar with poor nutrients or a terrible tasting bar with great nutrients. These bars though!!!! So delicious! My favorite is the Lemon Boost with added immunity! These bars are tasty and the perfect go to snack for me when I’m between my full time job and on my way to work for the rest of the night on blogging or one of my other current ventures. They’ve also been great pre-workout snacks or the perfect mid-afternoon snack between lunch and dinner.
