11 Self Love Journal Prompts

Valentine’s Day is approaching and I looooove Valentine’s Day. Hear me out…. I love, love. What I love most about it is that in order to receive it and fully feel it, you first have to love yourself. And I mean reaallllllyyyy love yourself. If you’re not sure how to do that, or where to start, then join me and use these journal prompts below to start the journey. Life is crazy right now….for everyone. Use this week to slow down, dig deep and really reflect. Journaling is also a huge destressor and excellent for promoting relaxation. Journaling can be so effective for reflecting and brain dumping. Select one journal prompt for each day leading up to Valentine’s Day, maybe even two of them. It can also bring out things we didn’t even know were there; you may surprise yourself with what you write. This week, I challenge you to grab a journal, your favorite pen, go to a quiet place and write for 10-15 minutes. If it helps, turn on some relaxing music. I love you!
